प्रिय अभिभावकगण,
वार्षिक एकमुष्ट भुगतान योजना के तहत जो अभिभावक पूरे साल का यातायात भाड़ा एक बार में देना चाहते हैँ उन्हे मार्च महीने का भाड़े में छूट दिया जाएगा। अतः मात्र 11 महीने का भाड़ा भुगतान करना होगा। भुगतान करने कि आख़र्री तारीख 31.03.2025 है।
इच्छुक अभिभावक जल्द एस एन् ट्रेवल्स का ऑफिस सम्पर्क करें एवं राशी जमा करके योजना का लाभ उठाएं।
Dear Parents,
You can avail discount on the transport fee for the month of March 2025 by availing The Annual One Time Payment Discount Offer. Interested parents can pay 11 months transport fee on or before 31.03.2025 in one shot and save on the March month's fee.
Please contact S N Travels office for further details and avail the offer at the earliest.

जिन बच्चों का संत अल्फोनसा स्कूल में सत्र 2025-26 में नया दाखिला हुआ है और जिन्हें स्कूल आने जाने के लिए यातायात सेवा कि आवयशक्ता है, वह कृपया मासिक शुल्क चार्ट के आख़री स्तम्भ में दिये हुए राशि और बच्चे के एक पासपोर्ट या स्टाम्प साइज के फोटो के साथ सुबह 9 बजे से दोपहर 1 बजे तक दिनान्क् 11.03.2025 या उससे पहले किसी भी दिन पहुँचकर फॉर्म भरकर बच्चे का आई डी कार्ड लेना सुनिश्चित करें।
12.03.2025 से यातायात सेवा उन बच्चों को ही मिलेगा जिनके पास आई डी कार्ड होगा।

NOTICE
Parents of all the students who have taken new admission in Session 2025-26 and need school transport service are requested to visit our office in front of school campus on or before 11.03.2025 between 9am to 1pm. You are requested to bring along the amount mentioned in the last column of the Fee Chart provided along with a passport / stamp size photo of the student. You will be required to fill up a form at the office and collect the ID Card of the child.
Please note that no child will be given service without the ID Card from 12.03.2025.

Dear Parents,
You are kindly requested to clear total transport fee due of your ward (till February 2025) on or before 31.01.2025.
Yellow card will be distributed to students who have cleared their complete fee for the Session 2024-25 from 27.01.2025 (Monday).
Every student must show their Yellow Card at their respective bus stop to the khalasi before boarding the bus from 01.02.2025.
Anyone without Yellow Card will not be allowed to board the bus from 01.02.2025 (Saturday) till the dues are cleared.
Please note that the issuance of Yellow Card will take at least 2 working days from the date of payment. Hence. to avoid any confusion we request you to clear the dues on or before 29.01.2025.
Students are expected to keep the Yellow Card safely as the same will be checked through out the month of February.
Yellow Card will not be reissued if misplaced.
We thank those parents who have already cleared the total due till February 2025. Your continuous support encourages us to serve your better.

प्रिय अभिभावक,
आपको यह विनम्रता पूर्वक सुचित किया जता है कि अपने बच्चे का फरवरी 2025 तक का गाड़ी भाड़ा 31.02.2025 तक जमा करना सुनिश्चित करें। जिन बच्चों का गाड़ी भाड़ा जमा हो गया है उन्को 27.01.25 से पीला कार्ड वितरण शुरु हो जाएगा। 01.02.2025 से बिना पीला कार्ड के किसी भी बच्चे को बस सेवा नही दिया जाएगा जब तक बकाया राशि का भुगतान ना हो। हर बच्चे को अपना पीला कार्ड बस स्टॉप में बस में चढ़ने से पहले खलासी को दिखाना अनिवार्य होगा। कृपया इस बात को ध्यान में रखें कि पुरा बकाया राशि जिस दिन जमा होगा उस दिन से पिला कार्ड देने में कम से कम 2 दिन लगेगा। अतः किसी भी तरह के विभ्रान्ति से बचने के लिए बकाया राशि 29.01.20025 तक जमा करना सुनिश्चित करें।
बच्चों से यह उम्मीद किया जता है कि वह अपना पीला कार्ड संभाल कर रखेंगे। इसका निरीक्षण पूरे फरवरी महीने के दौरान होगा। पिला कार्ड गुम हो जाने या फट जाने से फिर से नहीं दिया जाएगा।
